The growing Data & Product Partnerships team is looking for a highly motivated Partner Manager to help manage and expand the company’s most important data relationships. In this role, you’ll interface daily with our most strategic partners and help them build connections with key teams across Credit Karma. The data you make available is the lifeblood of Credit Karma’s new products and services and can shape the success of our members. You’ll be joining a team that loves consumer technology, business strategy, building new products and growing relationships.

What You'll Do:
Serve as primary point of contact for our credit bureau and data partners; thoughtfully manage both partner needs and internal requests in a fast-paced environment
Work closely with cross-functional teams at CK, including Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance, to drive strategic engagements, increase collaboration, and build effective communication channels with partners and stakeholders
Leverage internal and external data to make decisions and effectively communicate this data to others in a manner that is succinct and easy to understand
Develop scalable processes to manage and communicate updates for complex and nuanced partnerships and integrations
Learn to develop, negotiate, and execute deals that expand the breadth and depth of our existing partnerships
Our Ideal Candidate:
5+ years of business experience, preferably in business development, strategic partnerships, or project management
A passion for Product. You enjoy working with product teams to understand how data can deliver amazing experiences for members and unlock value for the company.
Experience in consumer businesses and understands the metrics that create value
Experience managing complex partner relationships that touch different parts of the organization and/or require internal trade-offs
Strong project management, communication, facilitation, and informal influencing skills, including the ability to build rapport and relationships with senior-level leaders and day-to-day contacts
Can independently develop and implement recommended approaches to complex / ambiguous problems
Knowledge of credit data, financial institutions, and/or consumer fintech is a plus
