  • Be involved in creating tools for a better, faster and more reliable platform by, for example: defining critical business facing metrics we can use to alert on problems with our products and building dashboards to alert us of failures, improving A/B testing tools, improving existing CI/CD pipelines by automating different parts of the development workflow, developing techniques for testing in production, automating aggregation of user feedback, reducing code complexity, synthetic monitoring
  • Help shaping and improving the development process at all levels through automation or tooling
  • Mentor less experienced team members, helping them learn and grow
  • Be involved in the interview process as we grow the team

  • Solid experience in software engineering roles
  • Experience in or knowledge of distributed systems
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and HTTP/REST
  • Knowledge of relational databases and key-value stores

Nice to haves:

  • Knowledge of implementing established testing methodologies within an agile workflow (continuous integration/delivery)

  • iOS, Android or web development experience
  • Previous experience in quality or testing
  • Experience in building internal tools from scratch
  • Knowledge of Docker
  • Experience with TDD environments

We believe a great workplace is one that represents the world we live in and how beautifully diverse it can be. That means we have no judgement when it comes to any one of the things that make you who you are - your gender, race, sexuality, religion or a secret aversion to coriander. All you need is a passion for (most) food and a desire to be part of one of the fastest growing start ups around.
