Hardware Technical Program Manager (ASIC)

DiDi Labs is working to solve the world’s most challenging problems.


DiDi is seeking a Technical Program Manager with ASIC design and development experience. The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will lead cross-functional teams to design, test and mass produce analog and digital ASICs to enable high performance autonomous vehicles.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage ASIC development and their subsystems with vendors, internal design and testing teams, from concept to production
  • Work with engineering team to define milestones and timeline, and drive execution of projects
  • Lead cross-functional project meetings and milestone reviews
  • Manage and communicate with external vendors such as fabrication service, ATE and packaging providers
  • Work with engineering team and vendors to establish QA flow
  • Work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

  • BS in Computer Sciences, Computer/Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in supporting Hardware Engineering teams in ASIC development
  • Experience in managing ASIC design flow
  • Experience with semiconductor technology and manufacturing processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8+ years’ experience in technical program management
  • Experience in high volume ASIC production
  • Experience in ATE and packaging development
  • Experience in automotive grade ASIC products
  • Experience in managing overseas manufacturing facilities
  • Proficient at creating and tracking complex development schedules, managing issues and tracking bugs
