We are currently looking for a Technical Program Manager to help us accelerate and optimize our software development process and be in charge of schedules, resources and deliverables for project. As a Technical Program Manager, you will work with cross functional team to drill-down our roadmap and facilitate effective execution at each stage of our growth curve. You will work with engineering and Ops team to track project deliverables, identify milestones, flag risks, and clearly communicate on-going progress.
Work with team leaders to break down the high level strategy and milestones into detailed deliverables, owners and timelines
Maintain project objectives and timelines by tracking work progress
Manage daily software releases, logistics, documentation, and communication
Ensure every project working team understands what they need to deliver at all times.
Define and manage process and regular meetings; set the agenda for key decisions to be made at each meeting to eliminate bottlenecks and retire risks
Track and report on project progress, proactively drive corrective actions as needed
2-3 years of experience in engineering or program management
Deep familiarity with software, or automotive development processes
Strong track-record in managing complex cross-functional projects
Strong references that highlight your ability to build strong working relationships with leaders and engineers across functional teams
Ability to identify and act on opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
Experience in Agile teams
