Senior Partnership Marketing Manager

We're looking for an experienced Senior Partnership Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of highly engaging, innovative partner marketing programs that fuel our growth.

In this role, you’ll partner with the Director of Partner Marketing to create and execute integrated marketing programs and campaigns to promote and celebrate our unique relationships with both local and national restaurant partners. These programs will accelerate acquisition, activation and loyalty across all DoorDash audiences. You will also develop and execute go-to-market plans for new merchant products and features.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute newsworthy, creative and compelling co-marketing plans in conjunction with large national partners such as Jack in the Box, The Cheesecake Factory and Wendy’s; you’ll also work with local hero restaurants such as Portillos in Chicago and Mission Chinese in San Francisco
  • Execute integrated co-marketing campaigns from strategy and concept, through production, implementation, delivery and reporting
  • Manage day-to-day operations of partner marketing efforts, including promotions, marketing emails, landing pages, website content, and more
  • Create and manage co-marketing calendar for partner campaigns, events and announcements
  • Create project briefs for individual campaign assets, project manage the creation of campaign assets and provide status updates to stakeholders
  • Create regular internal and partner-facing reports to track campaign and promotion performance
  • Use a data-first approach to optimize campaigns against our goals, improve profitability, and drive results
  • Work closely with our local teams to implement co-marketing campaigns, run experiments, surface insights and develop strategy to grow their markets

About you

  • You are an amazing marketer - you’re wildly creative and have worked to create innovative, newsworthy campaigns in previous roles
  • You are highly organized - you can efficiently manage 10+ campaigns and promotions at the same time
  • You have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members within the company
  • You manage large and diverse budgets between brand and direct response co-marketing efforts
  • You have a strong creative mind and attention detail
  • You have a sharp eye and will ensure all collateral created by our department is on-brand and uniquely DoorDash

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA a plus
  • 5 years as a Marketer spanning both brand and direct response
  • Experience in marketing at a consumer brand or tech company
  • Demonstrable success establishing and achieving business goals
  • Thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment
  • Creative sense and good design taste
  • Strong writing and communication skills
