DoorDash for Business is our catering platform for corporate offices. As a Customer Success Manager on our DoorDash For Business team, you need to be excited about creating best-in-class experiences for some of DoorDash’s largest clients, be solutions-oriented, and have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

What you'll do

  • Partnership management
    • Develop strong relationships with assigned accounts by fostering, recommending, creating and consistently delivering best-in-class service
    • Lead day-to-day management of assigned accounts, as well as overall account operations, including:
    • Monitoring daily orders
    • Quickly and efficiently resolving client issues
    • Become an expert on your accounts, including understanding employee tastes, need and preferences
    • Strong ability to lead, applying learnings on accounts’ priorities and objectives through creative thinking and strategic problem solving
  • Cross-collaboration management
    • Be the voice of your accounts internally. Work collaboratively with Sales, Operations, and Support teams to provide outstanding client experiences
    • Evaluate the input and ideas of internal teams relative to client needs and preferences and provide learnings in a timely fashion
  • Revenue management
    • Lead client reviews and updates for your corporate accounts as well as execute on efforts to meet retention and growth targets
    • Proactively present clients with opportunities/ideas that will generate incremental income

  • 3+ years of account management, customer service or sales experience
  • Enjoy working closely with customers and building long-lasting relationships
  • Experience working cross-functionally to drive positive results for customers
  • Willingness to get hands dirty and do what it takes to delight our customers
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively to multiple stakeholders
  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Prior experience working in food or food technology is a plus
