Dreams is a new, mobile-first TV network headquartered in New York City. We are seeking a Marketing Media Strategist to help launch an innovative mobile TV app early next year. You will be responsible for devising and implementing a paid media strategy to acquire and retain viewers. Our ideal candidate is someone who is data-driven, analytical, innovative, entrepreneurial, and passionate about TV.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and retention
  • Define our paid marketing strategy
  • Secure media buys across all platforms (social, programmatic, OOH, etc.)
  • Be the data-driven expert on user acquisition channels: know when, why, and how to buy efficiently
  • Develop processes to measure and forecast churn, retention, and engagement
  • Identify new growth opportunities and best practices based on emerging trends, competitive intelligence, and consumer insights

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Professional paid media experience, especially with mobile products and environments
  • Track record of scaling audience acquisition, engagement, and retention in alignment with ROI and business goals
  • Highly analytical and experimental self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Available to work full-time from our downtown Manhattan office
