Role Description

We're looking for someone who’s passionate about making sure we hire a diverse group of talented, high-caliber people who embody our values. As the Talent Moderator, you’ll work with people across Dropbox to ensure that our Talent Acquisition Moderation program runs smoothly and achieves excellent results. We're looking for someone who understands that building the best teams requires a hiring process that’s thorough, inclusive, and reflects our values. We’re looking for a professional who has deep analytical rigor, excellent communication skills, passion about diversity, and a strong dedication to evolving our debrief process to meet the needs of Dropbox today. As the Talent Moderator, you’ll serve as a program manager for our late-stage recruiting process, working closely with moderators, hiring managers, hiring committees and the People Team to run this important program.

Responsibilities

  • You will analyze current debrief processes across Sales/Marketing/G&A, Product and Design-identifying areas for improvement based upon data, make recommendations and execute
  • You will drive a healthy feedback loop between mods, hiring managers, the recruiting team, and Offer Approval Committee (OAC) to ensure that the program is running well and always improving
  • You will maintain an effective and efficient moderator program: training, load balancing, mod onboarding & offboarding, recognition
  • You will support our Executive Recruiting team across our late-stage hiring process
  • You will partner with the HR Analytics and Recruiting Operations teams to evolve our use of Greenhouse to improve interview calibration and reporting
  • You will define interviewer profiles and make recommendations based upon most successful hiring outcomes
  • You will evangelize our hiring values across all business teams

Requirements

  • Passion for ensuring that Dropbox follows its hiring values and continues to bring on great people, at scale
  • 3+ years of program or project management or a role that requires similar skills
  • Experience working across diverse teams and people—from Engineering to Sales to Recruiting
  • Intermediate data analysis including data mining, analysis, and building data-based recommendations
  • Strong influencing skills that bring people together to arrive at collaborative decisions when people have different viewpoints
  • Comfortable gathering and analyzing data to make decisions about the program
