Dropbox Business contains a set of powerful tools that empower administrators and team creators to be champions for users. These tools help customers effectively deploy Dropbox Business for their organizations and enable team members to collaborate at scale, all while maintaining the right levels of security, control, and oversight. We’re making this happen by taking the same“user-first” design approach that’s helped us grow to half a billion registered users, and applying it to our admin tools.
The Dropbox Design team is looking for a Product Design Lead to drive the Dropbox Business experience and create products that are simple, opinionated, and well-crafted. You will play a critical role in evolving our Dropbox Business product to provide more value to organizations with complex hierarchies, admin needs, and collaboration requirements. You’ll join our team of design leaders as the first Tel Aviv representative, and help shape not just our products, but our people and the way we design and build. On a typical day, you’ll design powerful and delightful experiences for our admins, make strategic decisions with your peers in Product and Engineering, and interview candidates to build a local design team.
Product Design Leads at Dropbox help our teams focus on the user and make sure we’re solving the right problems with the best solutions. We guide teams through complex problem spaces on their journey to get to simple. We love growing our teams(and expanding to new ones like Tel Aviv) as much as we love building products, and spend a lot of time mentoring designers and finding new talent to join our ranks. At the end of the day, we are the front line in delivering happy design teams and wonderful user experiences.
