Role Description

As the Growth Lead for Dropbox Business, you will directly drive the company’s financial success by exceeding revenue targets for the Dropbox Business family of products. To do this, you will scale and empower a team that executes rapid experimentation and partners cross-functionally to translate early stage product concepts into fully-optimized, revenue-producing experiences. The ability to operationalize processes that scale, set strategy, and develop your team are critical in this role. 


  • Manage a team shipping optimizations across web, mobile, and in-product  
  • Set the team’s strategy for improving user experiences to meet financial goals 
  • Own Dropbox Business KPI forecasting, monitoring, and reporting
  • Drive rapid iteration and experimentation across Dropbox platforms (web, desktop, and mobile)
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders (product, engineering, design, analytics, marketing) and advocate for resourcing and alignment on behalf of the team. 


  • Proven ability to drive initiatives to meet specific KPIs (e.g., revenue, engagement metrics)
  • Experience working with engineering & product teams
  • Strong analytical background
  • Previous people management experience strongly preferred
  • Product Management experience strongly preferred
