About This Position
We are looking for a team member to join our Client Experience team and generate Client Insights. This individual will be responsible for analyzing client feedback and trends to better understand our clients and guide business decisions. Candidates must be well-versed in utilizing Excel for reporting and analysis- GoodData, Tableau, and SQL are pluses. This individual will also be responsible for building internal tools to help the team better support our clients. This includes creating support and workflow automations within Zendesk and leveraging self service features. A successful candidate has the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement, the ability to communicate suggestions, and the skills to execute them. This position reports to the Director of Client Experience.
- Serve as the Voice of the Client across internal teams
- Analyze data to compile explicit and implicit client feedback
- Create reports and tangible action items based on thorough client analysis
- Develop internal resources that empower the team to best support clients
- Effectively solve client inquiries in a timely manner via multiple channels (email, chat, phone, etc.)
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the team
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience with process improvement and analytics
- Advanced knowledge of reporting, analytics, and data visualization tools
- Tenacious problem-solving mindset with strong follow-through and ownership
