The Corporate Sales Manager will play a vital role in driving new revenue for the business. The Corporate Sales Manager leads a team of approximately 10 Account Executives working out of our Nashville and San Francisco offices who are responsible for developing, qualifying and closing net-new accounts. The role is based in Nashville, with limited travel required.

This manager will work closely with senior sales leadership , BizOps, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Demand Gen and other departments to expand a scalable and successful corporate sales strategy, seeking to increase close rates and ARPU, while shortening the sales cycle. This person in this role will be an essential contributor to our overall sales strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate as a hands-on manager - listen to calls, join product demos, adjust talk-tracks, etc. 
  • Motivate individuals and the team to exceed objectives through regular coaching, incentives, etc. 
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in areas of process, efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain and expand a culture of constant improvement and consistent enablement. 
  • Communicate clear company objectives to the team, and hold the team to those objectives. 
  • Report on sales activities and pipeline forecast to senior sales management and maintain a command of the numbers that drive our business. 
  • Recruit, hire develop, retain and mentor inside sales talent.
  • Properly position our expanding portfolio of products across targeted vertical markets.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience managing a sales team in SaaS or Enterprise Applications, preferably Marketing SaaS.
  • Experience in managing a sales team working in a high-volume business. 
  • A history of consistently performing above team quota with the ability to forecast accurately on a monthly, quarterly, annual basis.
  • Proven and verifiable experience of successfully managing people to achieve performance goals and coaching them to improve.
