Responsibilities Include:

  • Research, recruit and schedule customer visits primarily for product & engineering employees in Constant Contact and across Endurance brands
  • Document customer feedback, insights, and requests and deliver to appropriate product teams in a variety of ways to advertise program & ensure engineers, developers and designers receive user insights
  • Ensure customer questions are answered in a timely fashion; engage in customer relationship management as necessary and appropriate
  • Create content to promote program that is accurate, high quality, and engaging
  • Track CXO program participation throughout organization
  • Develop and deliver programming to accommodate and encourage employee access to customers (such as work with customer nonprofits, customer panels, beta panel of users, etc)
  • Educate external (and occasionally, internal) customers on new product offerings & features; provide tools and resources for customers to best understand and benefit from product
  • Stay up to date with the latest products and features
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure teams fully participate in all CXO program offerings
  • Be a champion for small business & nonprofit customers; always pushing for high quality user and customer experiences


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
  • Comfortable with SaaS product suite
  • Familiarity with Google office products
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience in customer service, customer experience, or similar roles
  • Excellent time management & organization
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with all departments & teams locally and across the US
  • Experience in employee engagement
  • Top notch writing and communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with minimal supervision
  • Amazing interpersonal skills, and unflagging excitement about the program
