The role:

We are hiring entrepreneurs to build Enigma’s next $1 billion business. At Enigma, Product and Strategy Leads play a fundamental role in accelerating our growth by leading our hypothesis-driven customer discovery process. You will determine which product lines are worth further investment, what new products need to be built, and how to prioritize development. Eventually, you will act as the “General Manager” of a product area, potentially a new one you have identified, and own the development and growth of that product into a $1 billion+ business line for Enigma. 

The ideal candidate:


You believe in the transformative power of data and are excited by its potential to drive impactful change for the world’s preeminent companies and organizations. You are highly outcome oriented, wired to be resourceful and move quickly. You can turn ambiguity into hypotheses, hypotheses into MVPs, and MVPs into products. You love to be hands-on, working directly with data at high-scale. You enjoy understanding a user’s needs and delivering products that materially change the way people solve their most difficult problems. And most importantly, you have a passion for rolling up your sleeves to build something meaningful and lasting.

What We Look For:

-B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering (preferred) and/or applicable experience building products in a startup or technical enterprise software environment
-5+ years work experience preferably as a founder, enterprise product manager, technical consultant, or in a client-facing role delivering large-scale outcomes
-Hypothesis-driven problem solver that wants to target the root of a client’s challenges, and deliver valuable prototypes rapidly and iteratively.
-Data fundamentals- An understanding of basic data manipulation, making careful decisions with data, and exhibiting data-driven problem-solving abilities
-Experience taking proof-of-concepts and prototypes to market by leading teams of technical and non-technical members to deliver products to completion
-Leadership. You inspire others to exceed expectations and keep team morale high both internally and on the client side.
