We are searching for a vibrant leader with expertise in both analytics and operations to help Eventbrite’s revenue team exceed our revenue goals! In this role, you will unify Sales Ops., Marketing Ops. and Customer Experience Ops. in an effort to build best in class, scalable processes, run the analytics that help drive the revenue team and own the technology solutions that help us meet our revenue goals. Use your operational and analytical expertise to help us further improve our go to market strategies for Eventbrite products and services.
The Global Operations team is responsible for three main functions within the go-to-market organization including: planning and analytics, business processes, and business application tools such as Salesforce and Marketo. The Global Operation team’s primary stakeholders include the Heads of Marketing, Head of Sales, Head of Customer Success, and the International General Managers. Through partnership with these leaders the operations team converts the strategies of these leaders into a functioning ecosystem and identifies areas for optimization.
-Help define, optimize and drive adoption of go-to-market (GTM) processes and methodologies from the top to bottom of the sales funnel.
-Ensure that Eventbrite’s sales & marketing processes support our near term and long term GTM strategy.
-Partner with HR/Legal to design and implement appropriate incentive strategies for existing sales team.
-Partner with executive leadership to ensure our tiered support strategies are aligned with our business strategy and that our self help tools provide appropriate content to our client base.
Planning & Analytics:
-Assist sales leadership with planning, tracking, budgeting and forecasting key operating metrics from sales lead through bookings.
-Defining key performance indicators to measure performance against plan.
-Operationalize metrics reporting to ensure leadership can easily manage against GTM goals.
-Lead the analytics team that provides data and business intelligence to solve for inefficiencies and operational challenges with our GTM strategy. (Examples to include, calculating ROI on marketing spend to drive investment decisions, make recommendations on sales growth strategy, analyze cost drivers associated with customer contacts, etc.)
-Optimize our use of Salesforce and integrated applications that support our entire GTM strategy. (Marketo, Word Press, Bizible, etc.)
-Provide oversight of Eventbrite’s sales/marketing data integrity.
-Partner with data engineering to ensure the data feed from Eventbrite to Salesforce is providing accurate and insightful data specific to client health on our platform.
-You will manage a growing, international team with diverse skill sets.
-You will support our global business from our San Francisco HQ, ensuring our global offices receive the same service level as our HQ business partners.
-Develop a succession plan to ensure your team’s future success.
-Mentor and develop your team in alignment with Eventbrite’s anticipated resource needs and each Briteling’s career interests.
Participate in Eventbrite’s headcount planning process.
THE SKILL SET
- 10+ years of GTM strategy, operations, management consulting, financing or related experience.
- Proven leadership skills including 5+ of people leadership experience.
- Advance knowledge of Salesforce and tools used to optimize and report on sales/marketing performance.
- Demonstrated track record of sales and marketing process improvement.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced, results oriented environment.
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
- Ability to liaise with and motivate individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in a related field.
