The Design team needs operational support in order to deliver the best work possible and maintain the highest productivity in our fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with excellent problem solving skills and a passion for making things happen. The right mix of technical, organizational and communication skills is key to success, and enabling the designers to produce excellent results. This is a unique opportunity for an Operations Manager to help facilitate projects, manage resource requests and ultimately have a big impact on our global brand team.
The Eventbrite Marketing team is a centralized, multi-disciplinary group of marketers, strategists, designers, storytellers and makers, who work across product groups and functions and countries to help our Creators succeed. The Operations Manager, Creative Studio is the enabler and the problem solver. In this role, you will be responsible for doing what it takes to clear roadblocks and ensure that the teams stays focused and on track to meet our delivery goals. Above all, the Operations Manager is the communicator, charged with bringing visibility and setting expectations between teams cross-functionally and to our stakeholders. This role will require working day-to-day with people across the whole organization, coordinating and facilitating design requests across the business. It requires a highly motivated individual with an eye for detail while keeping perspective on the big picture; someone who can excel in international cross-department collaboration and communication with a drive to make things happen.   • Partner with the General Manager, Creative Studio and creative leadership to facilitate resource management, production processes, external partners and budget management
  • Manage global workflow of the creative team within a dynamic environment; anticipate and identify challenges and demands to allocate projects across directors and designers
  • Partner with General Manager, Creative Studio to develop the digital asset management’s capabilities and ultimately take ownership of the process and system
  • Source and manage creative collaborators, project managers and partners to augment the team, as needed
  • Create the hard and soft structures required for community to become a cohesive and effective unit


  • 3-5 years of experience managing marketing and design projects in a fast-paced team environment
  • Experience working with and developing process with remote teams
  • Design acumen: ability to understand how creative professionals work, their needs and mindset but also to think creatively with high foresight – experience working with such individuals will be a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Experience in developing and managing project plans, and resource plans
  • Ability to align the various details necessary for a project to begin; this includes an approved brief, creating timelines, resourcing as well as scheduling reviews and approvals at all levels
  • Ability to identify, communicate and elevate project issues
  • Work collaboratively and lead cross-discipline teams of various levels of seniority
  • Lead and organize efficient meetings and conference calls
  • Develop tasks lists, status reports & meeting notes
  • Highly organized, friendly, positive attitude, solution oriented, clear and concise communicator, strong problem solving skills, not afraid to speak up, confronts problems head on, confident to ask questions to fully understand the situation and task at hand
  • Develop and deliver reports to keep Design leadership and stakeholders informed on results and impact
  • Champion and uphold our design process and Brand design integrity
  • Stay on top of projects throughout the production phase to avoid any scheduling or resource conflicts
  • Flexibility and tolerance for ambiguity
  • Ability to imagine a better future and bring it to life
