Partner integrations with leading companies like Facebook, YouTube, Zoom are a critical part of our offering. We are searching for a quality-focused technical Product Owner to grow the value of these integrations by improving their performance by working closely with our partners and collaborating with engineers and other internal teams.


You’ll be joining a global team of experienced and talented Product Managers, Engineers and Designers who are focused on building a product that empowers and enables customers to participate in great live experiences. We are passionate about live events, motivated, collaborative, and a fun-loving team responsible for a high-growth, global business.


As the product owner for these critical integrations, you will be the expert on how these features work and the value they deliver. You will make data-driven product decisions supported by both metrics and user research. You will work closely with our partners at leading tech companies to deliver a quality customer experience and improve our solutions. You work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and will collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers and our sales and services teams. Your ultimate goal is to build high quality products that will engage and retain our creators. 


  • Create clear goals for the team. Drive product development with a world-class team of Engineers, Designers and Data Scientists to deliver impact for our business and users.
  • Use data and metrics to inform your strategy and success criteria and prioritize projects
  • Be the main point of contact for our partners and build strong working relationships and processes to deliver quality integrations


  • 3-5 years of product ownership experience, ideally with 3rd parties and partnership work
  • Great communication skills
  • Passion for live events, frequently attending events and buying tickets online
  • Self-starter with proven track record of execution and results
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate, influence and work as part of a team
  • Data-driven, analytical problem solver
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills


  • Experience with marketing products 
  • Experience with user research and discovery
