Dear rule-breakers, questioners, straight-A students who skilled class: We want you.

We've opened our first flagship store in San Francisco and building a top-notch team that can deliver the best experience possible for customers. This team will serve as the face of Everlane, and we're looking to hire those who can make an awesome first impression on every individual who comes through the door. We are a fast-paced and rapidly growing company, so flexibility and resilience is key. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn about building a successful and unique retail environment from the ground up.

We are currently hiring for full-time, part-time, and seasonal (early November to late January) roles.

Who you are

  • Passionate about helping others
  • Ability to think quick, problem solve and learn from their own mistakes
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a high-change environment
  • Ambitious and self-motivated
  • Exceptional communicator
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Able to work a minimum of two days a week, with availability on weekends and holidays
  • Believe in the Everlane mission and values
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in retail or similar industry

What you'll do

  • Greet customers and help customers
  • Process purchase, returns and exchanges
  • Be an expert on our brand, products and online presence
  • Offer style and fit advice
  • Keep our store clean and tidy
  • Organize inventory
  • Communicate and collaborate with team
  • Comfortable spending 8 hours standing and moving
  • Occasionally lift and carry up to 50lbs
