- Analyse customer profiles by segment and work out working strategy and execution plan to enable customer success
- Effectively plan and deploy successful customer on-boarding, and increase MAU /DAU through high-quality customer interaction.
- Systematically maintain long-term client relationship and take charge of renewal deals closing to address high customer retention rate and manage churn rate as low as possible.
- Develop more upsell opportunities among existing business accounts, based on understanding in customer pain points and value-added selling solutions.
- Work closely with customer support team to resolve daily customer complaints or issues and ensure reasonable SLA to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- 5 years above B2B sales experiences in SMB / middle market
- Sales background in internet industry for SaaS product would be a good plus.
- A team player with exceptional communication and consultative skills. Able to effectively communicate with C-level executives and line of business representatives
- An Evernote (YinXiangBiJi) user and evangelist
- Excellent customer relations and negotiation skills
- A track record of consistent success in the past
- Analyze and develop strategies to increase account-level usage metrics
- Maintain a deep understanding of YinXiangBiJi products and industry knowledge to effectively drive greater customer engagement on the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs
- Bachelor's degree or above
