Customer Support Representative (Night/Weekend)

Evernote Customer Support needs team members who excel at providing fantastic support for our diverse customer base. You will be on the front lines, interacting with our customers every single day and working in conjunction with support team members. We help customers with their technical issues, identify and document bugs for engineers, and provide thoughtful, focused feedback to internal teams, helping to improve Evernote. Your primary responsibility is to provide support for our Portuguese speaking customers.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on delivering an excellent customer experience through high quality communication and interactions
  • Answer issues regarding our desktop and mobile platforms
  • Creatively assist customers with inquires across all Evernote products
  • Identify and analyze issues, patterns, and trends in technical problems, usability obstacles, and product feedback
  • Use a variety of channels (email / chat / etc.) to respond and resolve customer issues
  • Effectively articulate complex information to customers of all technical levels
  • Answer issues related to billing or payment
  • You will also have the ability to work on special projects focused on delivering improved customer support or participating on outreach programs to increase subscription

Requirements

  • Willingness to work flexible hours (including evenings) and weekends
  • You are a problem solver who loves to troubleshoot issues
  • You have excellent writing skills with an articulate, conversational style
  • You have a deep understanding of at least two of the following operating systems: Windows, Mac, Android, iOS
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, new college graduates are urged to apply
  • 2-4 years working in customer support, preferably for a tech company
  • You are an existing Evernote user who uses the product regularly
  • Strong social skills, allowing you to function in a team setting and to establish relationships with valued customers
  • You are a detail oriented person who can work independently or within a team environment
  • Experience with Zendesk is preferred

PLEASE NOTE: This role is for the night and weekend shift.
