An entrepreneurial and highly versatile leader of people, experienced in managing customer training organizations at fast paced, product rich, SaaS companies.   A Self-starter who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced collaborative environment with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  A natural mentor who leads with empathy and by example. You are passionate about creating engaging customer oriented content and instructional material.  You have seen first hand how education and training can create long lasting client relationships.    “Cross-Functional” is your middle name as you have enjoyed Collaborating and partnering with other functions to identify training needs and leverage different training methods to build up technical capability.  You want to be part of a winning organization that wins on culture, technology and execution.

What will you accomplish?

  •  Develop and manage an established team of technical EDU specialist (content and instructors) to design, create and deliver virtual, onsite, and self paced product training to customers, partners and employees
  • Evolve the training organization to meet business objectives and KPIs
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with Product Management to ensure roadmap alignment  
  • Collaborate and partner with the wider business to identify training and development needs for our customers and partners Implement a training and content strategy that will support the company growth
  • Identify and develop content development methodologies that allow for agility and scale
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to improve training quality and effectiveness
  • Integrate training with the customer success engagement and enablement model
  • Create and maintain formal certification program.

What tools are you bringing with you?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, or equivalent experience; Master’s Degree preferred
  • 4+ years of managing people
  • 5+ years’ experience in training management or technical capability building
  • Experience in developing learning strategies and program from the ground up based on organizational and business priorities
  • A technology proponent; learning technology savvy
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to define scope and deliver results in a changing & growing business environment
  • Experience of working within a SaaS company
  • Demonstrated track record of strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
  • Metrics and results oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and prioritize, manage, and complete projects with tight deadlines
