Exiger is seeking a remotely assigned, part-time Talent Acquisition Intern to support an intense phase of growth in our Diligence business based in the United States. This opportunity is initially open for the Fall 2021 semester, with the potential to consider an extension to Spring 2022 should it be mutually agreeable. The Talent Acquisition Intern will primarily support recruitment efforts for our Diligence teams in the United States and Canada, and may assist with additional Talent & Culture initiatives. Exiger is seeking a highly motivated individual who is eager to gain strong recruiting experience in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Roll up your sleeves and dive into all facets of our recruitment processes right away.
  • Partner our North America Talent Acquisition Lead and hiring managers to develop a comprehensive understanding of our open roles.
  • Review resumes.
  • Schedule phone and video interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
  • Manage candidate flow through our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Help us build strong candidate pipelines for open requisitions by creating and maintaining job postings across platforms.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with various steps of the candidate onboarding process.
  • Work across systems and platforms to support the administration of different stages of the recruitment process.
  • Provide support to the Talent & Culture team on additional projects as needed.

  • You are looking to gain hands-on experience in the Talent Acquisition or Human Resources field.
  • You are extremely detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • You have a degree of customer service orientation; you delight in providing excellent service to stakeholders within and outside of your organization.
  • You are a poised and polished people-person who is comfortable talking to candidates and new hires and can present a professional and personable impression of Exiger.
  • You can effectively prioritize multiple tasks with varying degrees of urgency and importance.
  • You thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • You are comfortable with learning and working in different systems and platforms.
  • You are not afraid to ask questions to ensure understanding and are humble enough to ask for help when you need it.

Your Experience and Qualifications:

  • Currently in pursuit of an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree, preferably in or related to Human Resources.
  • Able to work East Coast hours.
  • Previous recruitment experience is a plus but is not required.
