We, the Operations Team are the biggest department at Flightright. We are 35 employees with different professional and cultural background. Every day we stand up for the rights of our customers and we’re their first contact for issues and questions. With our hands-on mentality and our demand to improve ourselves we always find the best solutions for our customers - even for the most complicated cases. Due to continuous exchange of knowledge, feedbacks on a regular basis and respectful treatment with each other, we’re able to achieve our goals. The Operations Team stands for huge commitment and customer awareness combined with empathy.

We’re looking for a Customer Advocate UK (m/f) who takes care of our English speaking customers and helps us to build up the market. 

 

Your tasks

  • You are responsible for the relationship with our English speaking customers, airlines and external lawyers

  • You work on a variety of tasks which are beyond the scope of phone, e-mail or social media enquiries

  • You handle incoming customer cases in cooperation with our internal Legal-Team and our partner law offices

  • You help to optimise our operational processes and bring new ideas into play

  • You contribute to cross-departmental projects

 

Your profile

  • You have previous work experience in customer care or have a legal background

  • You have excellent communication skills

  • You are interested in consumer protection and are able to quickly work yourself into new and complex topics

  • You work independently and reliably and you are very self-motivated

  • English is your mother tongue and you speak another European language fluently

LEGAL TECH – Revolutionising conventional legal practice We have been offering digital, straightforward and transparent legal assistance based on fast communication channels for more than 6 years now - with no cost risk involved for the consumer. We have programmed our own database that includes more than 80 million data records that are updated daily: strikes, weather information, new court decisions and flight data from across Europe. It recognises within a matter of seconds whether a passenger is entitled to compensation. The only part of the database that the customer sees is the compensation calculator input mask. As soon as we receive the passenger's authorisation, we start working on enforcing the claim against the airline. This automated service has revolutionised the legal tech industry, as it encourages passengers to check and assert their compensation claims.
