Fond is looking for a Partner Account Manager to help strengthen our relationship with key partners by managing all partner generated accounts. The ideal candidate must possess great problem solving abilities to navigate the complexities of these accounts. This hybrid Customer Success and Business Development role requires you to have experience managing large accounts, working with a network of partners to design solutions for the customer, sourcing new partnerships to fill in product gaps, and collaborating with internal stakeholders (from Engineering to Sales) to advocate for the customer and troubleshoot issues that may arise. You will report directly to the Partnerships team manager to meet the needs of our strategic partners and ensure a continued healthy revenue stream. 


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years experience managing a book of large and complex accounts and/or similar experience working with strategic partners
  • A knack for rolling up your sleeves and getting things done
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a startup environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
