Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and coach team members to build strong partnerships with Grand Rounds providers
- Ensure that the team has the appropriate tools, systems, and processes to scale effectively and continuously improve performance
- Build performance measures, tracking, and root-cause analyses
- Support team members in creative problem solving for provider escalations, working cross functionally as needed and with a relentlessly patient centric mindset
- Help develop marketing and outreach efforts to new providers partners
- Serve as a subject matter expert for provider operations needs internally and externally, reconciling our providers’ needs with Grand Rounds clinical and operational processes
- Model a culture reflective of our core company values
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant prior work experience in program management, project management, operations, or account management, preferably in healthcare
- Proven track record in managing teams; distributed teams a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required; masters degree a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong data and analytic skills, including proficiency with Excel, GoogleSheets, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or equivalent)
- A passion for process creation and improvement
- Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
- Create problem solving skills rooted in deep understanding of products and processes
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple demands while hitting deliverables
- Demonstrated ability to meet goals in a rapidly changing environment
- Willingness to travel 10%
