We’re looking for a manager for our world class Provider Relations team, which manages the day-to-day operations between our patient care team and the external network of providers that cares for our patients. You’ll be responsible for supporting the team in representing Grand Rounds to providers and administrative staff, including streamlining workflows and processes to constantly improve performance. You’ll coach and develop the team to exceed provider expectations within a rapidly growing and changing environment.
Hire, train, and coach team members to build strong partnerships with Grand Rounds providers
Ensure that the team has the appropriate tools, systems, and processes to scale effectively and continuously improve performance
Build performance measures, tracking, and root-cause analyses
Support team members in creative problem solving for provider escalations, working cross functionally as needed and with a relentlessly patient centric mindset
Help develop marketing and outreach efforts to new providers partners
Serve as a subject matter expert for provider operations needs internally and externally, reconciling our providers’ needs with Grand Rounds clinical and operational processes
Model a culture reflective of our core company values
5+ years of relevant prior work experience in program management, project management, operations, or account management, preferably in healthcare
Proven track record in managing teams; distributed teams a plus
Bachelor’s degree required; masters degree a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong data and analytic skills, including proficiency with Excel, GoogleSheets, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or equivalent)
A passion for process creation and improvement
Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
Create problem solving skills rooted in deep understanding of products and processes
Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple demands while hitting deliverables
Demonstrated ability to meet goals in a rapidly changing environment
Willingness to travel 10%
