Greenhouse is looking for an SDR Manager to join our Sales team!
Our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are a critical force behind Greenhouse’s success as a business, and we need a leader to maintain and develop a high-performing culture for this team. Reporting into our VP of Sales, you’ll be an integral part of our Sales leadership and provide continuous and constructive coaching for our SDRs, as well as spearhead recruiting and onboarding efforts as needed. We're not only looking for someone with a track record of driving and delivering results; our ideal hire is also someone who incorporates empathy, integrity and humility into a hands-on and motivational style of leadership.

You should have:
- SaaS sales experience
- Track record as a high-performing SDR / BDR / AE
- 1-2 years experience managing a team
- Knowledge of how to use sales metrics to gauge success
- Experience with SFDC and sales acceleration tools
- Superb communication and presentation skills
