Gwynnie Bee is an owned and operated tenant of CaaStle, a technology platform enabling retailers and brands to offer an unlimited-access clothing subscription service to complement existing business models.
Comprised of offices in New York City, Mountain View, New Delhi, Bangalore, and two distribution centers located in Groveport and Phoenix, at CaaStle you'll discover a data- centric team that thrives on collaboration, camaraderie, and productive feedback.

What you'll do:

  • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
  • Establish and maintain relationships with IT vendors and contractors
  • Audit IT systems, assess their outcomes and remediate as necessary
  • Implement IT policies and best practices across the organization
  • Identify and evaluate solutions to meet emerging business requirements
  • Collaborate with team members across locations on specific security and other IT initiatives
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Manage the local network and IT systems and assets (NY workforce)
  • Administer and manage IT applications
  • Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
  • Support and guide users with regards to IT systems and equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues and lead problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support personnel and/or organizations
  • Perform other IT duties as assigned

We'd love for you to have:

  • EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT administration
  • Excellent communication skills; Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to internal team members and outside vendors
  • Strong organization/project planning, time management, and change management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy environment
  • Prior project management experience
  • Basic knowledge of Networking
  • Familiarity with Apple Mac’s and nix (unix, linux) environments (we are primarily Mac OS X environment)
