We are looking for a leader that can grow and scale a world-class inventory and logistics analytics capability for Gwynnie Bee. Given company’s mission, to build a new economy for apparel, this role would be at the forefront of defining analytics for the new economy. This is an incredible opportunity to join a fast growing, industry transforming team with data and analytics at the center of the strategy.


  • Define and operationalize inventory productivity metrics for apparel rentals used in assortment planning, contract negotiation, and visual merchandising
  • Define and operationalize metrics suited for the reverse logistics operation focusing on the apparel market
  • Own and improve dynamic pricing algorithms for inventory sales
  • Grow and scale a talented team of inventory and logistics analysts
  • Lead the industry in defining metrics for the new apparel economy


  • Hiring and growing top talent in the analytics space in fast-growth environment
  • Knowledge of the inventory management discipline focused on inventory forecasting, positioning and shipping optimization
  • Familiarity with latest analytics approaches, techniques and tools
  • Excellent prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Masters in Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics or Mathematics is required. Ph.D is preferred
  • Delivering high-impact analytics resulting in significant revenue generation or cost savings for the business
  • Prior experience in scaling an analytics team in a fast-growth environment
  • 7-10 years of hands-on analysis and management experience in the data analytics field
