As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for providing world class post-sales account leadership to our enterprise customers looking to drive flawless connected experiences across Web, Mobile, IoT and 5G. You are aligned to enterprise account(s) and will have an opportunity to partner with our Global SIs to deliver an exceptional on-boarding experience and help customers realize full value of HeadSpin as they achieve their business goals. You will be responsible for developing relationships with your counterpart at the Global SI, participate in account growth planning, and have an opportunity to help your partners position HeadSpin products to generate revenue. To that end, you may lead POCs or Value Sprints intended to drive the expansion on enterprise account(s).


  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and GSI partner resources, to identify business challenges and align HeadSpin technology to provide insights into said challenges 
  • Design content for customer success workshops, trainings and leading practice sessions
  • Lead customer engagements/value sprints and provide feedback to Sales and Engineering
  • Assist customers with use cases around HeadSpin Remote Control, Test Automation and DevOps Workflow, Performance Management, Continuous UX Monitoring, etc.
  • Work with client teams and SI partners on-site as needed at assigned account(s)


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in management consulting/GSI, professional services organization of a SaaS provider or IT organization of a global company undergoing digital transformation
  • Proficiency in at least 1 of the following: (Java, Javascript, Python, nodeJS, C++) 
  • Grasp of Cloud-based deployment architectures and familiarity with GCP etc. 
  • A great collaborator: someone who can work with colleagues from Enterprise Sales and Engineering organizations and instill confidence in senior client stakeholders
  • Hands-on expertise in UX management to address customer's unique needs around delivering flawless experience across Web, Mobile, IoT and 5G


  • Previous work experience with Management Consulting or Global SIs
  • Strong client stakeholder management and presentation skills 
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, analytical skills 
  • Understanding of client/server communication and client performance challenges
  • Understanding of iOS and Android application development and architecture
  • Previous work experience in triaging Mobile applications performance a plus
  • Experience with DevOps workflow/APM a plus (awareness of tools such as Perfecto, Sauce Labs, AppDynamics, Splunk etc.)
  • Master's degree in Business a plus
