The role

As a Digital Designer at HelloFresh, you will be part of our in-house Creative team and work together with the wider brand team.  Your contribution to the strategic development of our brand will predominantly be focused on creating digital campaigns and assets across multiple brands and channels.  HelloFresh is already active in 15 countries (and counting!) - your creative will travel around the world!

What you’ll do

  • Deliver best in class creative performance marketing content across multiple digital platforms including, but not limited to Social media and CRM
  • Execute digital projects from the conceptual stage to final product against tight deadlines
  • Adopt a data-driven approach to creative  
  • Collaborate with global inter-departmental teams including performance marketing as well as local brand team and designers 
  • Work as part of a team whilst taking responsibility and initiatives from day one. 
  • Develop and adapt work with feedback, consolidating across stakeholders
  • Uphold the brand identity guidelines

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Degree in Design related field
  • Outstanding portfolio of relevant experience 
  • Passion for all things digital 
  • Excellent layout and design skills
  • Expert-level experience with Adobe CC Programs: After Effects, InDesign, illustrator, photoshop
  • Very good 2D animation skills in Adobe After Effects is a must
  • Experience in a creative role in cross-functional teams, agency experience is a plus, and can bring extensive practical experience within design. 
  • Experience in working for high-growth tech and/or lifestyle brands.  Work on FMCG brands is a plus.
  • Passionate - you live and breathe great creativity
  • A doer. You aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty. You have no ego when it comes to working on small projects – you inherently understand that everything we create impacts our customers
  • A multi-tasker. Able orchestrate projects of varying levels of complexity, as well as scope, and get great work done, on time
  • A problem solver. You can take on complex creative issues and find ways to roll out solutions from concept to execution across multiple platforms
  • A continuous learner. You know that part of being a brilliant creative is taking, and receiving, critique. You can handle a bit of rejection here and there
  • Curious. You seek to understand the customer benefit behind every project and chase the answers to your questions
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
