About the job

We’re looking for someone to take on a diverse role in the field of Talent Acquisition & People Operations to help expand the HelloFresh team through a period of rapid growth and to ensure that our employees are satisfied in their work environment.


Talent Acquisition Responsibilities include:

  • Optimizing talent acquisition processes and executing best practices globally
  • Recruiting key positions across functions and geographies in close collaboration with senior management
  • Managing strategic recruiting initiatives for expansion projects
  • Taking a creative and strategic approach to recruiting, developing and improving our sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates
  • Ensuring we provide an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience

People Operations Responsibilities include:

  • Owning employer branding globally, including strategy definition as well as execution of initiatives such as participation in conferences, workshops, and meet-ups
  • Maintaining close relationships with European top business schools and universities
  • Fostering our unique HelloFresh culture, e.g. by organizing internal cultural events and initiatives to guarantee employee satisfaction throughout the whole employee lifecycle

 

Who we're looking for

  • HR professional with experience of delivering at all stages of the recruitment process, as well as passion for employer branding and employee satisfaction
  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from a top-tier university and a proven record of exceptional academic performance
  • A “people person” with great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong affinity to the HelloFresh brand and culture, and a love of good food
  • Self-starter with a hands-on attitude, and confident working with stakeholders of all levels
  • IT savvy, with strong professional skills with the entire Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Fluency in English and German language
