Responsibilities include …

  • Partner with Associate Director, HF Market to conduct comprehensive add-on reviews, inform strategic planning process
  • Perform ongoing investigative analysis, prepare analytical reports to communicate findings and insights to internal teams
  • Drive and consolidate learnings across functions including Ops Analytics, Product Insights, Product Analytics, and UXR
  • Stay on top of competitor and market trends, develop regular reports to inform add-ons strategy
  • Monitor and report on HF Market KPIs
  • Develop KPIs for new product launches; perform Post-Launch reviews on product launches to determine launch success and future iterations needed to improve product performance
  • Develop and project manage the continuous improvement pipeline, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders including Procurement, Ops Planning, Product Development, and Marketing
  • Provide analytical and functional support to key HF Market verticals, including Product Innovation, Category Management, and Merchandising & Planning

At a minimum, you have...

  • A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an entrepreneurial, analytical role in finance, consulting, at a startup, or a related field
  • Experience analyzing and synthesizing data into clear, actionable insights
  • Fluency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Basic SQL knowledge (or a willingness to learn it)
  • Experience administering and developing visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus
  • CPG or E-Commerce experience is a plus
