We need you! 

For our ambitious and fast-growing Procurement team in Amsterdam, we are looking for an Operational Excellence intern from August 2022 for 6 months. 

During this internship, you will be working on improvement projects within Procurement with an opportunity to interact with many stakeholders across the organization, giving you the chance to really develop yourself. In the Procurement team you will be supporting the team in making sure that HelloFresh can work with its suppliers in a more efficient manner and improve the processes that will ultimately improve the relationship with our suppliers. You will have a moment to make a great impact on the organization! This is a unique opportunity to learn and gain experience in a growing business that is leading the way in the food industry. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support Operational Excellence responsible in the improvement projects
  • Work on creating team page in Confluence and standardize procedures
  • Update and structure documentation of the projects
  • Analyze data in order to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support Procurement team in driving different excellence initiatives

What you’ll bring to the team:

You are currently enrolled in the last year of the studies in or have recently graduated from a Bachelor's/Master’s program in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field

  • Enthusiasm for process improvement and a strong motivation for HelloFresh are key!
  • You speak fluent English
  • Data analysis skills in Excel
  • Creative mindset
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • SQL and Tableau knowledge is a plus

Please note for this internship we cannot accommodate research theses.

What does the recruitment process look like?

  • If we see a match, you’ll have a video call with one of our recruiters to get to know you better and understand your motivation for the role and for HelloFresh
  • Are both sides still positive? Then we proceed to the assessment stage to assess key skills required for the internship 
  • Next up is an in-person interview with the hiring team to dive deeper into your skills and experience, and get to know the team you’ll be working with
  • We’ll aim to make an offer within 48 hours after your final interview
