- You are responsible for the service desk in Warsaw & Poznan

- You are jointly responsible for the administration of the entire IT infrastructure including fault diagnosis and troubleshooting

- You provide technical support for Windows 7/10 and OSX

- You support our software deployment on Microsoft and Apple clients

- You contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure and business processes

- You create technical documentation and reports

- You are a member of the HolidayCheck Group Service Management team with more then 10 people, you will constantly evolve our services to achieve operational excellence

 

YOUR PROFILE: 

- You love technology and you find the root cause of a problem

- You have a high customer orientation and you are able to inspire our users

- ideally you already worked with software deployment (Baramundi & Jamf)

- You are a team player, you pick up responsibility and you create transparency

- very good Polish and English skills, German is a plus

The young man researched the internet and came across the private homepage of a Canadian woman who had collected votes about hotels in the Dominican Republic. Finally, in the summer of 2003, a report on RTL made for the big popularity boost.
