As the agency lead you work with various levers to create demand for your product. It requires working as partners, leveraging the understanding of the media planning process to generate a larger share of the agency's business. Your key responsibilities
Carries the business target for his set of agencies
Strong understanding of offline and online media planning
Is able to work with planning teams to pitch solutions
Monthly Joint Business Planning and maintaining healthy pipelines
Needs to build relations with key decision makers to enable efficiency in closing conversations
Is able to identity macro opportunities and address it with 3P researches, internal data to create compelling case for Hotstar
Is able to input with insights from clients/agencies to shape internal content and ad:tech agenda
Is able to participate in industry events and shape the Hotstar narrative in public platforms
Ensure satisfaction with Hotstar by maintaining clear, realistic expectations on deliverables (data sharing, reporting scope, in-target deliveries)
