ABOUT THE TEAM

We are investing in creating the biggest subscription business in India. We are creating an awesome user experience combined with the best content - Sports (IPL, Premier League, Pro Kabbadi League, Wimbledon, French Open, F1) and Entertainment (Disney+ Hotstar Specials, American shows & movies from HBO, Disney, Marvel, Fox, Showtime, Hooq, as well as Indian shows and movies). As we are building our Strategy team to accelerate Disney+ Hotstar Pay business growth & improve consumer experience. You will be closely working with the leaders driving strategic projects & closely monitoring business performance.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Define and lead strategic performance projects, manage stakeholders to drive outcomes
Lead business planning for subscription business including formulation of annual, monthly and daily plans on key performance metrics
Drive business performance insights working closely with the marketing, growth & analytics teams
Define metrics to measure the health and success of the subscription business
Create strategic value-added analyses around growth opportunities, retention levers and core business metrics in order to drive better decisioning and results
Conduct ongoing analysis of key business drivers, trends and performance indicators

WHAT TO BRING

3-4 years of experience in highly analytical environments - top management consulting firm or corporate strategy
Strong problem solving, analytical skills and detail orientation
Experience in senior stakeholder management
Strong communication skills including building compelling presentations
