As the subscriptions business at Disney+ Hotstar increases its scale, we plan to add to our existing user base through highly personalized and targeted marketing initiatives.

You will play a key role in enabling decision making at the centre. You will report directly to the Head Ad Sales and drive deep thought and analytics to projects that touch multiple parts of the company. You will also facilitate cross-functional collaboration to see-through the execution of multiple strategic decisions taken at the centre. Further, you will assist the Office in creating internal and external presentations as and when required by the Head Ad Sales. The role will also have a clear path to success.

  • This role will include four components:
  • Support on Key Projects (50%): You will support the in all strategic projects by helping in structuring & story lining the problem, driving deep analytics, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and enabling implementation
  • Cross-functional Collaboration (20%): Time and time again, you will be responsible for facilitating the execution of decisions that touch multiple functions of the organization. You will bring together stakeholders from around the org, structure the problem, assist in assigning responsibilities and follow up to see through the execution
  • Head Ad Sales Presentations Ownership (20%): Multiple key presentations, either for internal reporting purposes or external talks/pitches will allow you to storyline, facilitate gathering of data and create decks
  • Ownership on Side Projects (10%): As part of the office, you will get exposure to multiple parts of the business where you can engage and assist on any project if it captures your attention!
  • Keeping a close eye on the external digital landscape and identifying opportunities for Disney+ Hotstar to accelerate/ disrupt the ad revenue continuum

  • You will benefit from:
  • Ownership. You will get to own multiple pieces assigned to you by the Head Ad Sales ranging from seeing through the thinking and execution of key decisions touching various parts of the org to preparing decks for presentations to senior management on the strategy of Disney+ Hotstar
  • Analytics. You will get to build on your analytical capabilities by designing the analysis, keeping in mind the largeness of the database and working closely with the BI & Analytics team to gather the data
  • Interpersonal Skills. Having to collaborate with multiple stakeholders of varying degree of experience and seniority, you will get a chance to test and hone your people skills
  • Being at the centre. You will be at the centre of multiple decisions taken in the firm, giving you complete insight into the strategic decision-making process of a large and growing tech/ digital media firm. Moreover, you will be playing varying roles in these discussions from that of an owner, inputter to an enabler


  • Preferably an MBA from a premier institute with 3-4 years of strategy consulting experience. Looking for candidates from top tier consulting firms
  • Ability to influence and lead a cross-functional team from idea to launch
  • Analytical mindset, with experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to guide strategy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment
  • Bonus points: Experience in SQL
