Human API is creating health data liquidity controlled by the consumer. We are empowering consumers to share their health data with the entities that can provide them with better care and services. Through our large, distributed network of Wellness and Medical integrations, we're creating a simple, on-demand way for everyone to exchange and use the health data they need.
To that end, we’re looking for folks to understand pain points in the product, to dig into the code, to work as a team, and to solve problems for the customer.
(This is for a remote position based in Mexico).
Be the first line of defense to help customer developers solve technical integration issues via email and over the phone
Own internal investigations for customer support requests
Aid the business teams with onboarding new customers
Perform sales engineering support
Give feedback to product managers and engineers on new features
Understand how to make customers successful and how to help them get there
Lend a hand across the organization to make sure technical initiatives cross the finish line
Proficiency in oral and written English
Experience in Web, iOS and/or Android development
Understanding of web fundamentals including client/server side models
Experience working directly with customers
Sharp problem troubleshooting skills
Know-how to run scripts
Computer Science / Engineering degree or equivalent industry experience
Understanding of RESTful web services
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
1-2 years of experience helping make enterprise software customers successful
Experience working with SaaS solutions, public APIs, JSON, XML, and cURL
Helpful if you've worked in Node.js, Mongo, iOS and Android dev environments
Working knowledge of databases like MongoDB
Experience working with medical data in formats such as HL7 FHIR, CCDA
