Driving Culture Forward

Working closely with the team, you will be responsible for developing and growing HYPEBEAST and our other channel's commercial photographic output. You will be expected to brainstorm with the team and conceptualise new ideas - overseeing productions and ongoing branded projects for brands. Shooting, and editing content captured in both outdoor and indoor environments.
This position requires the ability to collaborate with the brand collaborations team to autonomously work on photographic content so that it is delivered in a timely manner. With a focus on London and EMEA, the candidate should also be conscience on HYPEBEAST's aesthetics/branding and past/current content outside of the local landscape. 


  • Photographing in studio and out of studio
  • Developing photography department’s infrastructure (Stored location databases, model database, forms and documents, etc.)
  • Create a photography brief template that assists in the effective communication of all photography content created
  • Creation and ongoing development of an in-house photographic studio
  • Various photography jobs across the business and ensuring that deadlines are met and quality is maintained
  • Owns all image editing processes and ensures on brand quality of finished work 
  • Working with internal departments and teams to discuss the images they require and how they want to use them as well as their needs
  • Carrying out research and preparation for a shoot
  • Arranging still life objects, products, scenes, props and backgrounds
  • Managing the processing and use of images, discussing technical problems, checking for quality and dealing with clients' concerns
  • Presents final ideas to the higher level management and is accepting of constructive feedback while also understanding the constraints of the business 
  • Understanding traditional film and digital photography and keeping up to date with industry trends, developments and new techniques
