Responsibilities:

  • Learn and achieve mastery in configurations of various tools and perform admin functions
  • Understand how tools work and how they are used by users
  • Resolve user issues by using your admin & troubleshooting skills within the SLA
  • Come up with ideas to improve tools, configurations, and its usage
  • Promote the usage of the tools you are managing
  • Deliver results via focused work with active follow up and follow through
  • Highlight or escalation risks and suggest mitigation plans
  • Learn and configure no-code tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Power Automate, etc.
  • Analyze data using analytics tools such as Microsoft PowerBI and prepare presentations
  • Learn and configure no-code tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Power Automate, etc.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years previous experience in an application support role.
  • Willingness to work in flexible hours to resolve issues faced by US based users when needed (between 8 AM and 10 PM, not a night shift).  
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with knowledge of SQL & Stored Procedures.
  • Understanding of customer support processes and tools. Ability to follow defined processes.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to coordinate, follow up, follow through and drive issues to closure proactively.
  • The ability to be a good listener, and to understand customer issues.
  • Ability to provide innovative workarounds or design a solution to fix user’s problems
  • Batcher’s Degree in business or operations management or engineering
  • 60% in Graduation, HSC and SSC
