About the role:
The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales efforts for their assigned region in the Inside Sales Organization with a focus on: improving productivity, promoting industry best practices, driving qualified opportunity pipeline, partnering with Field Sales and managing a growing team of Inside Sales Reps. Focus areas include: sales development execution, sales productivity, training & mentorship of sales personnel and sales performance analysis. 
The most successful candidate will be a self-starter who is confident in an entrepreneurial environment and has a track record of building, developing and leading high performing enterprise SaaS inside sales teams. As a member of the sales leadership group, the candidate will also bring deep experiential and analytical insights to improve our overall sales success.

This role could be based out of any location in the UK.

What you will do:

  • Directly supervise Inside Sales Representatives in assigned territory.
  • Effectively lead a high performing team to deliver on qualified lead goals while partnering with field sales with a teaming, business development and joint ownership mindset.
  • Hire, train, and continuously coach the team to achieve excellence using company standard content, programs, processes and tools with curiosity, drive and execution for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and promote an environment and experiences that stimulate learning, knowledge and interest about the business challenges for enterprise customers that Icertis Contract Management can solve.
  • Partner with other Inside sales leadership, field sales and marketing to innovate and maximize lead generation and account based marketing.
  • Own the sales funnel and associated qualified lead goals and supporting KPIs.
  • Effectively guide sales team in use of sales automation tools to maximize sales productivity and customer engagement.
  • Demonstrate and be a role model for company values

What you will bring:

  • Proven leader in managing highly dynamic, developing inside sales teams; who has ideally managed a ramping organization that has demonstrated sustained performance and growth. 
  • Must have exceeded quota expectations, closing over 100% of goals consistently 
  • Must possess the leadership qualities of being: (1) a great Recruiter (2) a great Sales Trainer and (3) an Inspiring & Motivating Leader. 
  • Should be self-aware, direct and value the active engagement requirements of being “on the floor” with the sales reps, and fully invested in the success of the team; their engagement and productivity goals. 
  • Must have experience running a SaaS sales funnel, preferable Enterprise SaaS
  • Passionate about growing and building a business to its full potential 
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA is highly preferred
  • Business or Native fluent in German or French would be an advantage
