The role of Head of R&D, Australia is responsible for the management, coordination and completion of all aspects of Indigo agricultural microbial products development and commercialization in Australia.

The role serves as an R&D business partner for the Head of Indigo Australia, reporting to Vice President, Indigo International R&D Business Partner.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Be an R&D business partner for the Head of Indigo Australia on all aspects of R&D in Australia:
    1. balance the functional priorities with the business priorities to deliver local business results
    2. facilitate technical decision making and communication from global to local and local to global
    3. serve as a single point of contact for R&D for Indigo Australia and global organization
  2. Lead locally the Focused sourcing platform of Indigo Research and Product Development for Australia
  3. Connect Indigo Australia Target Product Profiles (TPP’s) with deliverables to Indigo Focused sourcing and Leveraged programs in Australia
  4. Execute locally all aspects of Indigo Agricultural Microbial Products Development and Commercialization for Australia business
  5. Provide pre- and post-commercialization Technical support to Commercial team and to Customers
  6. Manage locally Indigo Quality Assurance and testing
  7. Manage locally CRO partnerships
  8. Manage locally R&D partnerships
  9. Manage locally Regulatory Affairs
  10. Build and lead the Technical Team of Indigo Australia to execute and deliver the above listed
