First things first: What is this role about?

Our Sales Enablement team are the architects, orchestrators, facilitators, and enablers.

They break the complexity of Sales Enablement into practical ideas through scalable and repeatable practices that will lead to increased revenue.
Being a part of our Sales Enablement team requires artwork that is centered around “getting the right people in the right conversations with the right decision-makers in the right way”.

We are looking for a self-motivated, tech-savvy bug who is sales-focused and has a burning passion for constant learning opportunities. Throughout your internship, you will be provided continuous training and performance feedback to ensure you develop the necessary skills to succeed. 

You will be an actual member of Insider and will be directly working with our global sales enablement team that is responsible for the enablement processes of our sales community operating in 25 different regions from Singapore to the USA.

As a Sales Enablement Intern in Insider day in and day out you will

  • Assist with developing sales enablement playbooks and training materials to deploy throughout the sales organization
  • Coordinate and refresh the educational content for ongoing training
  • Assist with ongoing reporting efforts to assess the impact of initiatives and to inform future plans/priorities
  • Take responsibility in the rollout of new enablement tools and features currently in development
  • Be a part of the Insider community, learn about the scale-up culture, and have the opportunity to thrive in a global SaaS company

What we expect from you

  • Working towards a Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint in particular) 
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English 
  • To juggle multiple tasks at the same time with superior project and time management skills. And a keen eye for detail!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivation and willingness to build and develop your own career through constant learning
  • Sales or content creation experience is a plus
