The Junior Marketing Manager will be responsible for bringing the company to the next level in terms of brand awareness, sales enablement and most importantly, demand generation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate Insightpool market research (data collection & analysis)

  • Become a thought leadership voice for the company

  • Develop & execute on in-depth content calendar (webinars, e-books, etc)

  • Develop copy & content for blog posts along with a distribution plan for each

  • Create campaigns, edit landing pages, email templates, and forms in Pardot, our marketing automation platform

  • A/B test, ensuring data quality, analyze lead nurture process, optimize the lead funnel

  • Create reports using Salesforce.com to measure performance metrics for sales and marketing

  • Create technical aspects of key marketing systems, including marketing automation and CRM, used to generate leads and report on the marketing funnel

  • Create and optimize processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management

  • Guide lead management processes in collaboration with sales and business development including the ‘hand-off’ from marketing to inside sales with a focus on delivering quality leads

  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for improvement

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs from lead capture to conversion

  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database

 Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience using an email automation platform like Marketo, Pardot etc…

  • Salesforce CRM power user or administration experience

  • Technical skills and demonstrated ability to learn new technologies

  • Basic HTML/CSS editing skills in Wordpress preferred

  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

  • Salesforce CRM power user or administration experience

  • Bachelor's’ degree in marketing, business or analytical field

 Compensation:

  • Base: Starting at $50K Salary

  • Bonus: Performance based
