Your day to day…

  • Work with internal stakeholders and vendors to build and maintain integrations, this includes identifying, assessing, and solving complex business problems for integrating with the Workday application across a wide array of platforms
  • Ability to understand both technical and functional requirements end to end, will be working with our stakeholders independently
  • Will be working on writing custom reports, EIBs, XSLTs, RaaS reports, Studio Integrations, Cloud connect, BIRT and various other custom integration technologies
  • Help with Workday functional setup for modules like security, benefits, payroll, etc.
  • Communicate and manage the design, build and launching strategies with our vendors and our internal platform teams

You have…

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering preferred, with programming background
  • 4+ years of work experience in People technology
  • 3+ years of experience in Workday integration technologies like Studio, XSLT, BIRT, Cloud connect, EIB, Reports, EIB’s and complex calculated fields
  • Experience with developing and using APIs, REST APIs, RaaS reports, outbound and inbound EIB’s
  • Highly motivated individual eager to work with new technologies, working experience in Java, Ruby or Python would be a plus
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and team skills
  • Integrations experience with an ATS (we use Greenhouse), Benefits vendors, payroll vendors, etc.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and work in an independent environment
  • Passion for the employee experience and finding ways to enhance this experience through interconnecting various systems
  • Workday functional knowledge on Business processes, security, benefits, absence management, time tracking and payroll
