Global Brand Consultancy

Main duties are representing and delivering Interbrand’s Strategy offerings, creating high impact content, and enhancing our distinctive knowledge.  Specifically we are seeking an individual with a strong knowledge and passion for quantitative research techniques and analysis, which inform brand strategy.

- Design research approaches and programs to support branding initiatives
- Combine analysis with strategic thinking and business requirements to create a cohesive story and actionable results for our clients
- Conduct and synthesize research to identify salient information and trends
- Collaborate with Interbrand and client teams to develop strategic recommendations
- Assist Directors in the creation of client presentations
- Engage in value-added dialog on engagement topics
- Provide guidance in troubleshooting client issues with other Consultants
- Coordinate with Program Manager/Program Director to ensure that timelines are met and knowledge is successfully transferred across the client team
- Manage junior team members on day to day assignments
*Experience translating strategic client questions into actionable research processes, including:
Writing quantitative questionnaires and qualitative discussion guides
Managing vendors (i.e. coordinating/managing surveys and/or focus group vendors
Analyzing quantitative data in Microsoft Excel, and interpreting qualitative results
Writing summary reports
- Understanding of common analytics techniques including segmentation and business case modeling
- Comfort with ambiguity and imperfect information
- Working understanding of business processes and strategy
- Strong client leadership skills – can connect with clients and inspire their confidence and ongoing commitment
- Passionate about having measurable impact on clients business
- B.A. degree; MBA or Masters in Economics, Statistics, or another analytically demanding major desirable
- 2-4 years’ experience in a client-services industry in a role focused on data analysis
- Strong presentation skills required
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Financial/spreadsheet modeling experience a must
