We are seeking a high-energy Technical Recruiter who shares our philosophy that finding high-quality talent requires innovative, out-of-the-box thinking versus traditional reactive methods.

Being the first glimpse any potential candidate will get of Jampp you'll need to be able to relay a compelling picture of our company, vision, culture and responsibilities, and be fearless in pursuing great candidates.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to build relationships and deep understanding of our hiring needs.
  • Strategize different ways to build candidate pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
  • Support company hiring goals by building a pipeline for priority roles
  • Qualify and engage candidates for relevant openings
  • Implement creative sourcing strategies to achieve hiring goals
  • Partner with leadership to understand the competitive landscape and gather insightful recruiting data

What we look for

  • 2+ years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience, including some startup experience.
  • Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates. You do not rely on inbound applicants or third party agencies.
  • Proven track record of success in building strong partnerships with Engineering team.
  • Excellent representative of the company - professional, articulate, knowledgeable and intelligent
  • Fluency in web and internal tools (Greenhouse is our ATS)
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands.

Jampp is the growth platform of choice for on-demand apps worldwide. We unlock programmatic advertising to drive incremental performance. A demand-side platform (DSP) at heart, Jampp leverages unique contextual and behavioral signals to deliver customers and in-app purchases through programmatic user acquisition and retargeting.

Simpler version; with a team of  +100 mobile specialists, we simplify programmatic growth for some of the biggest mobile advertisers  (like Uber, Rappi, iFood, & Takeaway.com to name a few).

We leverage diverse technologies to build our extremely scalable and highly available platform and big data tools that allow us to manage and process the big stream of data we receive. We analyze more than 100TB per day to determine (in less than 1ms) the value of an ad depending on it’s probability to convert, the context of the user and other factors billions of time each hour.

We serve our global client base from our offices in San Francisco, Berlin, São Paulo, Singapore, Cape Town, and Buenos Aires.
