About the Job

Our users come first. Always. Whether we're talking about our 8M+ Jet customers, retail partners, or internal stakeholders, we keep user experience and design at the heart of the products we craft and build. You’ll be joining one of our growing design teams as a Senior UX/UI Designer, where you’ll drive the design vision and strategy for the Jet user journey. You'll be collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other teams to craft exceptional experiences for our customer-facing site, enterprise products, and retail/brand portals. This is an exciting time and opportunity to join as you will have a huge impact and voice in building out a design team alongside our current design leaders.


  • Drive the design vision and strategy for the Jet customer journey with a focus on product recommendation, checkout and post-checkout.
  • Lead the design efforts for Jet’s special programs
  • Contribute to defining the design vision and strategy of an end-to-end (digital/non-digital) ecommerce journey
  • Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to represent the design team and give feedback in product and planning meetings
  • Collect and analyze KPIs to make informed recommendations for UX/UI improvements.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, interviews, usability testing, and other research methods and data analysis techniques.
  • Create wireframes, flows, comps, prototypes, and production assets to effectively communicate interaction and design work and validate ideas.
  • Actively mentor other designers

About You

Must haves:

  • 5+ years experience as a UX, interaction designer or a similar role
  • Deep experience with end-to-end (hybrid UX and UI) product design
  • Deep experience partnering with product managers to develop the strategy and design for new features
  • Experience working with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapidly-growing environment
  • Fluent in designing for web and native experiences
  • Deep experience with prototyping as a means to explore and communicate design decisions / Front-end development, HTML/CSS, Sketch, Axure, Adobe After Effects or similar
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating work user experience, in interaction design, and visual design required

Bonus points:

  • Experience in ecommerce
  • Experience with analytical tools
