Senior Analyst, Partner Operations and Integration

The Senior Associate, Partner Operations and Integration is responsible for supporting the business growth of Jet’s growing retailer base. You will become an expert on the retailer product and provide category specific integration optimization and support. Your ultimate goal is to support all retailer challenges throughout the integration lifecycle.

What you’ll be working on

  • Serve as a key point of contact between Jet and connecting retail partners throughout the integration process to promote the Jet brand and address technical and API related questions
  • Support business strategy and account segmentation/prioritization activities using a structured/data-driven approach
  • Leverage reporting tools and conduct analyses in order to monitor team success metrics and key performance indicators against team goals and industry benchmarks


  • Interact cross-functionally as necessary to investigate and solve technical retailer questions and issues
  • Collaborate with retailers as needed to identify issue root causes, determine solutions, and ensure issue resolution
  • Create and publish a variety self-service tools and features on the Jet support site (e.g. FAQ’s, Tips & Tricks, Instructional Videos, Webinars)
  • Provide feature and requirements requests to Jet retailer product team
  • Assess and make recommendations to optimize service provided to Jet retailers
  • Support execution of basic analyses to monitor retailers’ performance and adherence to Jet quality standards

About You

  • 2 - 4 years in a similar role (Client Facing Technical Role)
  • Interest in B2B operations with long term interests in Product Management, Technical Program Management, or Operations Team Management
  • Working experience with different technologies and frameworks (APIs, SQL, SDLC)
  • Technical and Business Client Management Experience
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects and competing priorities simultaneously, to work independently, and to drive projects to completion with minimum guidance and high attention to detail
  • Ability to think strategically, to structure problems independently, and to recognize trends and make recommendations using data
