Who You Are

Justworks is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Testing to join our team. As a successful candidate, you have demonstrated the ability to build, deploy, and maintain complex web applications. You have a strong interest in software and systems testing.

What You'll Do

Own our testing strategies around performance, functional, unit, integration, and regression testing
Research and provide other engineers with tools for testing
Partner with other engineers to increase test coverage
Advocate for best practices in testing
Write tests when necessary

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of professional full-stack engineering experience
Minimum of 7 years of test development and/or automation experience
Experience working with complicated systems at scale
Experience with performance testing
Experience in writing tests and automated testing frameworks
Infrastructure and DevOps experience a plus
